I wanted someplace local for my wife's birthday gifts. Floral with a Twist is less than 2 miles from us. The assortment on the website was great. It was a little strange that I wasn't able to order two things during the same ordering session so the florist initially thought it was a duplicate order. I ordered flowers. It was the first selection under Birthday Gifts for Her. When they arrived, the looked better than the picture. Our boys (29 & 30) sent her flowers using 1-800 and the ones from Floral with a Twist put them to shame. I ordered a Spa Basket. When I saw it on the website, I was glad to be able to get her something in addition to the flowers. The Spa Basket was bigger than I had expected and the wife was really happy with the contence. This place will definitely get my business in the future.

This order was for my girlfriend's birthday and was delivered around 10 a.m. on her birthday. The following morning, one of the flowers had badly wilted, which prompted my girlfriend to call the florist. She left a message and texted, with no response all day. Two days later, I (the buyer) called and left a message with the order number; to my disappointment, I am still waiting for a response from the florist. I've purchased flowers many times from other local florists and decided to use this business because of the proximity to her job. The lack of response from the florist has left me feeling neglected and frustrated. Never again. I'll return to De La Flor Florist & Gardens, which has never disappointed me.
